Calabogie hosts an exceptional and diverse set of V4s - perhaps the densest concentration at the grade anywhere. Here is a collection of eight V4s that I have done over a few days of climbing there over the years. Note: my beta tends to be rather tall and sometime quite different from the usual (most obviously for Orbital Insertion and Sahara); and my top-outs tend to be pretty ugly (sorry about that). Ok so I put SO MANY burns on this trying my friends' beta and was getting NOWHERE. While taller climbers can just reach the ledge from the start holds, this was not the case for me. After trying lots of different beta, I managed to swing it this way. I cross my legs, then step up with my left foot, followed by the right. Not pretty but it worked! Still reacher for my height...
