Welcome to our family's backyard gym! We're a middle-aged dad and his young-adult sons taking on homemade fitness and sport challenges, from our DIY salmon ladder to a variety of whacky competitions. Join us for some laughs, exercise, a little competition, and a lot of family fun. Oh, and of course, the family dogs—Frankie Foo Foo, Lucy Goosey, and Sydney Valentino—make a lot of appearances, as does their brother from a different mother, Merlin the cat.
